What could be the best possible Mind State for humans? Alert and Calm? Relaxed and Focused? Let us explore.

First, a quick comment on using the word “God”? Let us refer to the Higgs boson particle – which is popularly called “God Particle” – the wiki entry states:

In the mainstream media, the Higgs boson has often been called the “God particle” from the 1993 book The God Particle by Leon Lederman, although the nickname is strongly disliked by many physicists, including Higgs himself, who regard it as sensationalism.

This Businessinsider report says:

“The Goddamn Particle” was suppose to be the title of Lederman’s book that came out in the 1990s and was wildly popular for a book about physics. However, his publishers weren’t exactly on board with that phrasing, so the title was changed to “The God Particle.”

Despite such debates about using the word “God”, for now, we stick to the term “God State” to indicate a “Dynamic” mind state – potentially getting better till infinity.

There are two parts to this exploration:

  1. What is “The God State”?
  2. How to arrive at “The God State”

BEING RATIONAL

“Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.”

— Buddha (Unverified)

BEING FEARLESS

“The whole secret of existence is to have no fear. Never fear what will become of you, depend on no one. Only the moment you reject all help are you freed.”

— Buddha (Unverified)

EXPERIENCING UNITY

“He who experiences the unity of life sees his own Self in all beings, and all beings in his own Self, and looks on everything with an impartial eye.”

— Buddha (Unverified)

“Unity can only be manifested by the Binary. Unity itself and the idea of Unity are already two.”

— Buddha (Unverified)

EXPERIENCING PERFECTION

“When you realize how perfect everything is you will tilt your head back and laugh at the sky.”

— Buddha (Unverified)
